-paper masking tape
-one pencil
-one ruler
-paint brushes
For the first DIY project you will need: letter stencils, paint (base + 3 different colors), masking tape, pencil, ruler, paint brushes.
Materials Required for the DIY Nursery Project

Start with just one wall in the room. Measure 120 cm from the floor up and mark with a pencil a few squares with the same size. Next seal these lines into place by using masking tape. In an aleatory order paint a few outlines for the letter chosen by you and paint inside them with different colors. You should use basic colors, easy to learn. Remove the paint tape after the paint had time to dry. If you are happy with the result you can either continue this on another wall or complete the table with more letters.

In the second project the materials required are :
-roller shades
-two types of fabric-here plain and flowered
-vinyl stickers with letters of different sizes
-ironing tissue paper

Start by peeling of the sticker and stick on the backside of the fabric, now trace the contour with a marker and smoothly iron it. Next you should carefully cut along the contour of the letter, remove the protective layer and stick it with the iron onto the roller shade. Simply repeat with the other letters that you have prepared but change the size and fabric. This is a very colorful, personal and warm DIY project because it uses a font that you love, a texture and pattern that you choose and a composition that you make, your contribution is massive and it will determine the outcome of the project. You can use a ton of different characters in both size and font with the same cloth, you can use the same font but different sizes with different fabrics, it`s all on your, make it your own and your child will have a connection to your good taste even when you’re gone, through decor.

For the simply extraordinary growth chart showcased above you will need some sewing skills and applications on the fabric, fabric of different colors, thread, a pair of scissors, a marker or two, a sewing machine and some glue.

Start by drawing a doll growth on a sheet of cardboard, try to obtain a child friendly doodle not a Da Vinci portrait. The most relevant line the drawing or doodle will be outline, this will define the contour of the growing chart. The best suited materials for these kind of project is felt. Simply glue the numbers on the cardboard dressed in felt and you are good to go.

Last projects requires a piece of plywood or MDF, a ruler, picture frames, your baby’s pictures at different ages, pencil, paint brush and some stickers with numbers on them.

Start by painting the base in a light tone, maybe pastel. On the right side of the base make small  marks to position the picture frames and glue them perfectly. Add the ruler in the middle and glue it as well and on the remaining side place the stickers with numbers that will represent the growth of your child in time. Adapt it in time by adding new fresh pictures and modifying the stickers.
