When it comes to all-in-one home gyms, the Force USA G3 is the perfect choice for beginners, thanks to its workout options and quality. Conversely, the Force USA X20 Pro is an ideal option for those looking for a full-rack trainer. And the Bowflex Xceed is a great pick for a power rod gym.
Is your local gym not well equipped to meet your fitness needs? Then it’s time you got yourself an all-in-one home gym.
The popularity of home gyms has grown considerably in recent years. Nowadays, you can easily build your own home gym by purchasing treadmills, adjustable dumbbells, barbells, pogo sticks, and other equipment. The all-in-one home gym is one such machine that combines different workout options in a single package.
But the question is – which is the best all-in-one gym? That’s what I have discussed in this detailed review-based guide. So, if you are curious, dive in!
15 Best All-In-One Home Gyms
What we like
- Versatile usage
- Space-saving profile
- Multiple attachments included
- Great warranty
What we don’t like
- Difficult to assemble
- Weight plates, barbells, and benches are not included
Force USA is one of the biggest and most popular brands when it comes to all-in-one home gyms. That is why I have included the Force USA G3 on my list. It is the best entry-level trainer that you can get, and it has a feature-packed design that will fit most of your fitness needs. And the best part is that it comes at a relatively affordable price.
Design – Versatile Yet Portable
If you are looking for a versatile workout system, then you will not be disappointed with this option. In fact, for an entry-level trainer, I found it to be incredibly flexible. The number of workout options you get is almost on par with an advanced all-in-one trainer.
Its base model comes with five different workout stations – a functional trainer, power rack, chin-up station, core trainer, and smith machine. If you wish, you can add two more in addition to the five existing stations. Although, you will need to purchase attachments for these two additional stations separately. But once you do, you can use it for a wide range of exercises.
For instance, the power rack station allows you to perform different weight training exercises, such as weightlifting, powerlifting, free-weight barbell training, and so on. Likewise, the chin-up station allows you to perform different pull-up (exercise) variations. In short, if you are creative enough, you can perform hundreds of different exercises, covering all the aspects of your physical fitness.
Despite its versatility, the machine occupies very little space. So, if you have a small apartment, then no need to worry – the Force USA G3 will easily fit in! In fact, I found the design to be small enough to fit inside your living room, right beside your furniture or desktop computer.
However, the assembly of this device is particularly complex. If you have little to no prior experience with home gyms, you might feel a bit lost.
Attachments – Included, But Many Need To Be Purchased
If you think that you are all done after assembling the five main exercise stations, then think again! There are a ton of different attachments and accessories that come packaged with this product. For instance, you get J-hooks, extension chains, ankle straps, and weight plate holders, to name a few. In total, there are 18 different attachments that help to improve the utility of this all-in-one home gym.
There are a few exclusive optional attachments that you can use to enhance the versatility of this machine. But these are not included in the package and must be purchased separately. Although, with the number of attachments you already get, I think it is safe to say that you will be pretty much covered in all aspects.
However, I noticed that it does not come with its own weight plates, which is a bit odd, considering that it includes weight plate holders. Also, there are no barbells, benches, or leg press attachments included with the package. All of these need to be purchased separately, which can be a bit inconvenient for some users.
Warranty – Separate Warranty Periods For Different Parts
Each component of this all-in-one home gym comes with its own warranty. The frame comes with a lifetime warranty, and you get a two-year warranty on each individual cable and pulley.
On the other hand, the attachments, accessories, and upholstery come with a 90-day wear warranty. They might sound a bit low, but keep in mind that most of these components are optional. Overall, it is a great warranty for a home gym setup.
Dimensions: 80” x 55” x 86.5” (exterior), 42” x 51” x 85” (interior) | Weight rating: 992 lb (unit), 772 lb (smith machine), 772 lb (chin-up) | Pulley ratio: 2:1 | Cables: 6.2 mm nylon coated
What we like
- Extremely sturdy build quality
- Professional grade specifications
- Comes with a full-size rack
- Highly versatile
- Adequate storage options
- Includes multiple attachments
What we don’t like
- Does not include a smith machine
- Difficult and time-consuming to assemble
For this review, I have selected yet another product by Force USA. The X20 Pro Multi Trainer is an option that is best suited for professionals, for it is a premium all-in-one home gym. That’s why it comes at a relatively higher price, for it gives you a complete gym experience right at your home. So, if you are a hardcore fitness enthusiast, you will love it!
Build Quality – Durable Construction
The X20 Pro Multi Trainer features a heavy-duty construction that can withstand whatever you throw at it. Force USA has used 7-11 gauge solid steel throughout the structure, which means that it is essentially built like a tank. The power rack uprights and the base are made from professional grade 11-gauge rolled SteelForce tubing that will not bend or break under any circumstance.
What’s more, it includes dual-integrated 289 lb weight stacks that offer enhanced sturdiness. The steel uprights come with Westside hole spacing and include 42 different adjustment points. Thanks to that, you can quickly and conveniently adjust the height levels of the set.
Overall, the unit can withstand around 990 lbs of weight. Likewise, the cables included with this home gym machine are of aircraft quality and have been tested to withstand 2,000 lbs. Given such a tough build, it can easily be used in a small commercial gym.
Design – Suitable For A Full-Body Workout
I noticed that the overall design of the X20 Pro is very similar to the X15 Pro. The latter comes with a half rack, while this particular option includes a full rack design. So, it can essentially be considered to be an upgraded version of the X15 Pro.
The base model of the X20 includes six workout stations. These include the full power rack, functional trainer, landmine station, chin-up station, suspension trainer, and low row. It doesn’t include a smith machine, which is a minor setback for this otherwise versatile home gym.
But with the number of exercises you can do with these six, you won’t feel the lack of the smith station anyways. Besides, if you purchase the optional upgrade kit, you can add three more stations to it, making it a 9-in-1 home gym equipment. Thus, you can perform hundreds of exercises that will give you a full-body workout.
Attachments – Multiple Add-ons Including A TV Mount
The Force USA X20 Pro comes with an assortment of add-ons and attachments, as is typical for multi-gym machines. It includes attachments like J-hooks, safety arms, a triceps rope, extension chains, band pegs, and others. There are a total of 17 options that you can use with this home gym machine. And if you purchase the upgrade kit, you get even more attachments to use with this.
It also comes with different storage options for your other gym equipment. You can easily store your weight plates and barbells on each side of the rack. And once you get the upgrade kit, you get four rubber-lined storage shelves that offer more storage space. It gives you a TV mount as well, so now you can watch workout videos while training!
However, it took me a long time to get it all assembled and ready for use. With so many features, it’s not really a surprise and can overwhelm many users at first.
Dimensions: 70” x 86.5” x 91” (exterior), 39.5” x 72” x 86” (interior) | Weight rating: 992 lb (unit), 772 lb (smith machine), 772 lb (chin-up) | Pulley ratio: 2:1 | Cables: 6.2 mm nylon coated
Bowflex Xceed Home Gym
- Compact home gym for full body workout from over 65 gym...
- Provides as little as 5 or as much as 210 pounds of...
What we like
- Great for resistance training
- Compact size
- Sturdy build quality
- Relatively easy to assemble
Bowflex is another popular name in the domain of health and fitness equipment. Its focus on quality makes it one of the most reliable brands when it comes to heavy-duty workout equipment like barbells, treadmills, and so on. The Bowflex Xceed Home gym is also no different, as it is a highly compact home gym machine that allows you to do a wide variety of exercises.
Build Quality – Heavy-Duty Construction
I noticed that the Bowflex Xceed Home gym comes with a heavy-duty steel frame. So, it will be able to withstand most weights without any issues. It has a maximum recommended weight capacity of 310 lbs, but most users won’t have to worry about breaching that limit anyways.
The seat of this home gym is made from high-density polyurethane foam. This ensures that you are comfortable while doing the different strength training exercises. Apart from that, it includes multiple powerful cables and pulley systems for a variety of workout routines. Overall, it is a fairly high-quality home gym for a medium-range option.
Design – Great For Small Apartments
As I have already mentioned before, the Bowflex Xceed Home gym has been designed to be highly compact. This aspect makes it one of the best home gyms for a small apartment. You can easily place this exercise machine alongside your other home furniture, which enhances user convenience.
This particular home gym is possibly the best choice for resistance training, thanks to its power rod resistance unit. By default, it has a maximum weight capacity of 210 lbs, but if you upgrade the unit, it can withstand higher weights up to 310 lbs or 410 lbs.
In addition to the above, the home gym includes extra attachments like ab straps, a squat bar, and a lat bar. However, considering its smaller size and medium-range build, it lacks certain features, such as a chin-up station or low rowing station, which reduces its versatility to some extent.
Exercises – Best For Resistance Training
Now that you know what components it comes with, let’s discuss the exercises you can do with it. In total, the Bowflex Xceed Home Gym allows you to perform around 65 exercises, with most of them being some form of resistance training.
First off, the upper pulley can be used for exercises like lat pulldowns, high rows, and tricep pulldowns. Subsequently, with the middle pulley, you can perform exercises like crunches, tricep extensions, and chest presses, among others. And lastly, the lower pulley allows you to do a biceps curl, shoulder fly, and other similar exercises.
The range of motion you get for exercises is decent too. However, you won’t be able to perform weight training exercises like weightlifting, deadlifts, or powerlifting. That’s because the unit does not come with a weight stack or plates.
Assembly – Simple And Organized
Like most other home gym machines, you will need to assemble the unit before use. In this regard, I found the assembly process to be comparatively simpler than other home gyms. That is mainly because of how well-organized the packaging of this product is.
All the components are clearly labeled inside the box, which means that you won’t need to sift through the whole thing to find the item you are looking for. Besides, the assembly instructions are clear and precise, which makes it easier for the user to get it ready for use.
Dimensions: 80” x 55” x 86.5” (exterior), 42” x 51” x 85” (interior) | Package weight: 83.01 kg | Material: Steel | Weight rating: 210 lbs (base), 410 lbs (upgraded) | Color: Black
What we like
- Highly affordable
- Versatile design
- Good build quality
- Comes with different safety features
What we don’t like
- Weights need to be purchased separately
Marcy is a slightly lesser-known name compared to the brands I have previously discussed. But don’t let that aspect fool you, for the SM-4903 Home Gym System comes packed with different features. As such, you can use this home gym machine for most of your workout needs. And it comes at a very attractive price point as well, which makes it a great choice for people with limited budgets.
Design – Includes Multiple Workout Stations
The SM-4903 includes multiple workout stations, such as the smith machine, pull-up bar, power rack, cable pulley system, dip handles, and an adjustable bench. That said, there are no weights included with the base model, meaning that you need to purchase them separately.
Its smith machine is particularly notable for its versatility and usefulness. Of course, you will need to adjust it correctly to make the best use of it.
On that note, the bench needs a special mention, too, for it comes with adjustable seating and back pads. Thanks to that, you can easily perform exercises like bicep curls, sit-ups, shoulder presses, or any other workouts that involve using free weights. The height dip station is adjustable so that you can change it according to your training needs.
In the same vein, the cable machine of this unit comes with four different cable pulleys. Two of them are located overhead, while the other two are located near the base. The overhead pulleys can be used for tricep extensions and lat pulldowns, and other similar exercise variations. Conversely, the lower pulleys can be used for workouts like lateral raises and cable rows, and others.
Build Quality – Long Lasting
When it comes to its build quality, the Marcy SM-4903 does not disappoint. Sure, it might not have a commercial-grade build like some of the top-end home gyms available today, but it is sturdy enough to get the job done well. The upholstery used on the bench is made from high-density foam that is two inches thick. This provides excellent back support during your intensive training sessions.
Furthermore, the frame of this home gym is made from durable alloy steel that offers good damage resistance. On top of that, the tubular steel frame has a powder-coated paint finish to prevent corrosion and reduce general wear and tear, thereby improving its lifespan. Besides, the paint finish gives the frame a stylish look, which sets it apart from other regular home gym machines.
On a similar note, the brand has used pulleys with a sealed ball-bearing design. This is to reduce the friction on the cables and prevent them from wearing out faster. As for the cables themselves, they have a high tensile strength and can easily withstand 2,000 lbs of weight without snapping.
Safety – Multiple Safety Features Included
Aside from being a versatile home gym system, it is a safe one too. There are multiple safety features integrated into this option so that you do not end up with any injuries or accidents.
The pull-up bars use textured, non-slip handles made from rubber. This is to ensure that your grip on the handles remains firm even when your palms become sweaty. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about accidentally losing your grip while exercising.
Similarly, the frame of the home gym includes several safety bar catchers. So, if you accidentally lose grip on the barbell while doing lifts, these catchers will successfully break the fall and prevent an accident. Of course, you will need to deploy them first before you begin your exercises.
Another safety feature is the location of the weight plate pegs. They are situated near the base at the back of the frame instead of the sides. This minimizes the risk of injuries from falling weight plates.
Dimensions: 73” x 86” x 85” (assembled item), 86” x 22 x 7” (packaged) | Packaged weight: 45.81 kg | Material: Alloy steel | Weight rating: 600 lbs | Color: Black
What we like
- Highly versatile home gym
- Offers excellent value for money
- Comes with different attachments
- Sturdy build quality
Here, I have reviewed the SM-4033 Multifunction Home Gym, which is another product manufactured and sold by Marcy. If you are looking for a home gym that gives you the maximum workout possibilities with as little equipment as possible, then look no further than this option. This relatively affordable all-in-one gym comes with all the features necessary to give you a full-body workout without needing a dedicated gym membership.
Design – Caged Smith Machine With Additional Workout Stations
The SM-4033 Multifunction Home Gym is primarily known for its caged smith machine, but that doesn’t mean you should overlook the other components included with it. This particular model includes a multi-grip pull-up bar, a cable pulley system, and an adjustable bench in a single package.
Thanks to the pull-up bars, you can perform different bodyweight exercises, such as chin-ups and pull-ups. If you are creative, you can perform different variants of this exercise as per your training needs. It also includes adjustable height dip bars, which can be used for performing dips.
The cable pulley system includes dual adjustable pulleys that will allow you to perform different lifting and twisting exercises. In fact, you can perform all types of resistance workouts with them, which offers a good bit of versatility. Moreover, I noticed that the back pad of the bench could be adjusted between -27 degrees to 76 degrees to suit my training needs.
That said, the overall design of this home gym is not very compact, which can be problematic if you have a small apartment.
Attachments – Multiple Attachments Included, Except Weighted Equipment
The SM-4033 comes with a wide range of attachments that enhance the overall versatility of this unit. I mean, it’s not the cheapest Marcy model you can get, but with the number of features and attachments that come with it, you get excellent value for your money.
For instance, with the short bar and triceps rope attachment, you can undertake even more weight and strength training exercises. Similarly, the packaging includes a landmine attachment which allows you to perform different upper-body exercises. Likewise, with the bar holder and weight posts, you can conveniently store your weighted gym equipment when they are not being used.
However, do note that the packaging does not come with any weighted equipment, which means that you have to use your own weights or purchase them separately. Also, there are no leg press or leg developer attachments included. Although, that limitation is covered by the smith bar, which targets the same muscle groups.
Build Quality – Large, Sturdy, And Shiny
When fully assembled, the Marcy SM-4033 takes up quite a lot of space in your room, as I have already hinted at before. And as you can guess, its large size is accompanied by an equally bulky weight. But then again, with its sturdy build quality, that is not much of a surprise.
The frame of this model is made from solid 14-gauge steel tubing. Thanks to that, it is highly resistant to damage and can withstand heavy loads without a hitch. What’s more, the frame has been coated with red and black paint that prevents corrosion and enhances the visual appeal.
Its base has an equally sturdy build, for it can withstand your intense workout sessions without budging. But if you want more peace of mind, you can bolt it to the floor too. Additionally, I noticed that the guide rods and weights posts have a chrome-plated finish. This gives it a sleek and shiny appearance and helps to prevent corrosion.
Dimensions: 84” x 70” x 86” (assembled item), 82.5” x 15” x 7.75” (packaged) | Package weight: 566.2 lbs | Material: Steel | Weight rating: 600 lbs | Color: Red and black
What we like
- Extremely durable
- Space-saving design
- Highly effective functional trainer
- Several attachments included
- The pulleys are adjustable
What we don’t like
- Comparatively low versatility
- Difficult to assemble
XMark is a reputed brand in the domain of personal fitness and gym equipment. Its home gym systems are pretty popular, considering the quality and utility of these machines. That is why I have reviewed the XMark XM-7626 Functional Trainer Home Gym here. As you can guess from its name, it has a powerful functional trainer system that will be more than capable of meeting your strength training needs.
Build Quality – Durable And Free From Wobbling
Let’s talk about the build quality of this particular option first. I noticed that it has an extremely sturdy construction, and because of that, it is undoubtedly one of the best choices in terms of durability.
The frame of this home gym is made from high-quality 11-gauge steel. This helps to keep the unit protected from scratches, impacts, or any other forms of damage. Besides, the steel frame is incredibly stable and reliable, which means that it won’t budge no matter how much load you put on it. In other words, you do not need to worry about the frame wobbling or swaying while working out.
Apart from that, the pulleys included with the cable machine have a relatively smooth operation. This can be attributed to the commercial-grade design of the individual pulleys. Because of such a build, it can easily be used in small commercial gyms.
Design – Compact Functional Trainer
The functional trainer is the most notable aspect of this particular home gym model. It consists of a heavy-duty pulley system for intensive resistance training. There are dual-weight stacks on each side of the machine, and each weight stack has a capacity of 200 lbs.
In addition to that, you can adjust the height of the pulleys, thanks to the adjustability of the system. It comes with 19 levels of adjustment, with each level being spaced 3.5 inches apart. You can secure the pulleys into place safely with the pop-pin locking mechanism.
Overall, the trainer comes with a compact design which makes it a great home gym for small spaces. Similarly, the additional attachments included with the package help to improve the range of exercises you can do on it. However, it is not as versatile, for it lacks a number of workout options, such as an adjustable bench.
Attachments – Multiple Included, With More Available For Purchase
There are several attachments included with the packaging of this product. You get a pair of 8-inch hand straps, which are required for a lot of exercises. Then, you have a pair of 17-inch long hand straps to help increase the distance from the frame.
Besides that, you get a leg extension strap and an ankle strap, both of which can help you perform lower-body exercises like hamstring curls and hip extensions. For your upper-body workouts, you get the 23-inch triceps rope and a 42-inch long bar.
And finally, there’s the sports handle, which is a really helpful attachment for athletes. That’s because it allows the user to mimic different sports movements, which helps with conditioning.
There are additional attachments you can get if you spend more money. On that note, it might make the assembly process a lot more difficult than it already is, which is a major drawback of this model. That is mainly because of the vague assembly instructions, which are a bit difficult to follow.
Dimensions: 65.5” x 43.5” x 83.5” (assembled item)’ 86.2” x 36.2” x 8.9” (packaged) | Package weight: 807 lbs | Material: Alloy steel, rubber | Weight stack capacity: 200 lbs | Cable ratio: 2:1
What we like
- Perfect for advanced users

- Allows for performing hundreds of exercises
- Comes with spare parts
- Great warranty support
What we don’t like
- Very expensive
- Takes up a lot of space
- Challenging assembly
MiM USA is a brand that specializes in making home gym machines, and the Hercules 1001 is a testament to the brand’s expertise in this domain. If you consider yourself to be a fitness freak, then you will absolutely love everything this product has to offer. It is a complete home gym solution that takes care of all your fitness needs, provided you have the funds to purchase it.
Design – A Gigantic Home Gym For Full Body Workouts
This gigantic home gym comes with a host of equipment and machines that will give you a workout for your whole body. The different workout stations included with this option are a functional trainer, a power cage, a chin-up station, dip handles, and an adjustable weight bench.
To take care of your strength training needs, it comes with a wide variety of equipment. You get a solid-weight rod, barbells, copper bushings, extra cable length, spring clips, and an assortment of workout bars, among others. There are several storage options, too, such as the Olympic weightlifting barbell storage, weight plate storage, and storage hooks.
Needless to say, it is not suitable for those who have small apartments. In fact, its design can easily rival professional equipment found in commercial gyms. Likewise, you will need a lot of time and expertise to assemble it, meaning that it is not very beginner friendly either.
Build Quality – Built To Last
The versatility of this home gym is not the only thing worth noting, for it comes with exceptional build quality as well. A lot of people feel skeptical about such home gyms since they often use cheaper materials to cut costs. That, however, is not the case with the Hercules 1001 since it is built to last.
I noticed that its frame is made from heavy-duty reinforced steel. In order to prevent any chance of corrosion or rust buildup, the frame has been painted with a black and red finish. The gliding mechanism is pretty smooth, and it comes with a rubber stopper for a convenient and hassle-free lifting experience. And the wires of the cable pulley are able to withstand loads of up to 2,000 lbs.
MiM USA has not left any stone unturned with its construction, considering it has a well-engineered build that accounts for even the smallest of components. There are a lot of spare parts included with the packaging so that you can immediately replace any faulty component and get on with your training.
As a result, it can withstand extensive workout sessions for years without any significant wear. But if there are any issues, you can easily get a replacement, owing to its extensive lifetime warranty.
Exercises – Hundreds Of Options Available
Now that you know about its design and build quality, it’s time to discuss the different exercises you can do with it. With the number of features and attachments that come with this option, you can easily perform hundreds of workout routines. And if you can get a bit creative with the exercises, that number will go even higher.
You can perform almost all the upper body exercises with the help of the functional trainer, bench, power cage, and chin-up station. For the lower body exercises, you have the cable-pulley resistance system, as well as the leg press attachments.
Furthermore, you can do bodyweight exercises, thanks to the dip handles. Similarly, the barbells and the different workout bars take care of any weight and strength training needs. Long story short, you can either exercise your whole body or focus on a specific muscle group.
Dimensions: 67” x 87” x 91” (assembled item), 95” x 40” x 30” (packaged) | Weight: 800 lbs (packaged), 750 lbs (assembled) | Material: Steel | Weight rating: 800 lbs | Color: Black and red
What we like

- Includes numerous attachments
What we don’t like
- Poor warranty coverage
- Doesn’t include weights, barbells, and bench
Next up on my list is the Altas Strength AL-3058 Home Gym. Altas Strength is a relatively new Canadian fitness brand that is making some waves in the domain of home gym solutions. That is the reason why I have included the AL-3058 on my list. It is a home gym setup that is built like a commercial fitness system.
Build Quality – Durable And Corrosion-Resistant
The AL-3058 home gym is a well-built system that is designed to last for a long time. Its frame is made from heavy-duty gauged steel tubing to protect the unit from scratches, cracks, impacts, or any other types of physical damage. The outer layer has a red powder-coated paint finish that not only protects it from corrosion but also gives it a stylish appeal.
Subsequently, the cable pulley system used for the functional trainer has similar levels of durability. The cables are made from aircraft-quality steel and can withstand weights of up to 2,000 lbs. Apart from that, the guide rails have a commercial-grade design and offer smooth and hassle-free operation for your weight training workouts.
However, the warranty offered on the model is only for one year and covers all the parts. I think that it is pretty limited for an all-in-one home gym, especially when there are other options that come with longer warranties.
Design – Versatile And Safe
This all-in-one home gym comes with a highly effective smith machine for performing strength training exercises. It has a number of safety mechanisms, which means that you don’t have to worry about any accidental injuries. The guide rails have safety locks and release mechanisms so that you can work out with the barbells smoothly and safely.
But if you do lose your grip on the rods, the safety catches will break the fall of the barbell. Also, the pin-loaded weight stacks are present at the rear instead of the sides. This ensures that the weights do not accidentally fall on your arms or legs while exercising.
Besides the smith machine, there are seven different workout stations included with the base model of this all-in-one gym. These include the functional trainer, power rack, vertical leg press, chin-up station, low row, dip station, and core trainer.
On that note, I noticed that despite its wide range of features, it has a very low footprint. Yeah, it might not be as compact as an entry-level gym, but it is small enough to fit inside a room with other furniture and equipment.
Attachments – Several Included Except Weights And An Adjustable Bench
In addition to the base workout stations, you get a number of attachments with this all-in-one gym. These attachments allow you to perform even more exercises, ultimately helping to improve versatility further. With the attachments, you can perform almost 300 different exercises covering the whole body.
For instance, you get the landmine attachment, which helps to improve the range of upper body exercises. And with the long lat pull bars, you can do lat pulldowns and their different variations. Similarly, the other attachments come with their own set of uses and benefits. All in all, you get a total of 24 attachments to improve the utility of this home gym.
However, I noticed that it doesn’t come with weights and barbells, which means that you either need to purchase them separately or use your own (if you have them). It also does not include an adjustable bench, which prevents you from doing the associated exercises.
Dimensions: 79.13” x 58.27” x 88.19” (assembled), 89.25” x 33.25” x 18” (packaged) | Package weight: 464.03 kg | Material: Steel | Weight stack capacity: 2 x 220 lbs | Color: Black | Cable ratio: 2:1
What we like
- Highly affordable
- Simple and compact design
- Fairly good build quality
- Easy to assemble
- Portable home gym
What we don’t like
- Low versatility
- Poor weight range on the weight stacks
JX Fitness is another lesser-known brand, but it has an impressive lineup of fitness products for both residential and commercial use. In this regard, the JXL-1150 is a multifunctional home gym that has been designed to meet most of your fitness requirements. It is a great pick for beginners and intermediate users and offers a lot of versatility for its price.
Design – Highly Compact
The JXL-1150 features a no-frills design that is compact and convenient to use. Because of that, it is the perfect choice for those who live in smaller apartments or have very limited floor space.
It comes with a butterfly arm that can be easily adjusted to suit your training needs. You can simply pull on the ball lock, which will allow you to adjust the arm height. Once you reach the desired position, release the ball lock to secure it in place.
Besides the butterfly arm, I could adjust the backrest and the curl pad as well. Its backrest comes with 6-speed adjustments so that you can comfortably execute the exercise movements. The same goes for the curl pad too, which comes with 2-speed adjustments. And if you do not want to perform the associated curl pad exercises, you can safely remove it to free up space.
However, the home gym does not come with many of the workout stations typically present in an all-in-one gym. For instance, there is no chin-up station or low-row station, which ultimately reduces the versatility of this product. You can perform around 40 exercises, which should be sufficient for beginners or intermediate users, but not for advanced users.
Build Quality – Durable, Tamper-Proof, And Comfortable
This option has a pretty good build quality for a low-priced all-in-one gym. I noticed that the frame and weight guards of this unit are made from thick, high-quality steel. This means that it can safely withstand your body weight while exercising.
The cables used in the high and low pulleys have good tensile strength too. They connect to a 150-lbs weight stack that allows you to perform resistance workouts. There is a large metal cover with a combination lock over the weight stack to prevent tampering. That said, the weight range of the stacks is quite low for an all-in-one gym, which is another limitation of this option.
All the skin contact areas on this home gym machine are covered with abrasion-resistant faux leather to prevent scratches or damage. The leather is soft and fully resistant to water and sweat. This ensures that you have optimal levels of comfort while working out. What’s more, there is a layer of highly elastic sponge inside the leather, which enhances comfort and improves flexibility.
Assembly – Simple, Great For Portability
Because of the simplistic design of this home gym machine, it is very easy to assemble. Besides, all the parts inside the packaging are clearly labeled and numbered to make the assembly process convenient.
In addition to that, there are detailed installation instructions provided in the manual, along with an installation tutorial video. The latter is highly useful for beginners since it demonstrates the full installation procedure in a manner that is easy to understand and follow. If you are still having trouble setting it up, you can contact customer service at any time for help.
Another thing that I noticed about this all-in-one gym is its portability. Thanks to its compact design and easy assembly, it is possibly the best portable home gym that you can get.

If you have some knowledge about the health and fitness market, you might have come across the name Life Fitness a couple of times. It is a globally renowned manufacturer of fitness and sports equipment, and its products are known for their reliability and quality. You can say the same about the G7 Home gym as well, which features a highly effective cable machine along with other training options.
Design – Sleek And Functional
The Life Fitness G7 Home Gym sports a sleek yet functional design, and that makes it a highly appealing choice for users. I found the overall design to be fairly compact, and it can be easily placed in the corner of your room to save space.
As I have already said above, the G7 home gym system comes with an impressive cable machine that can be used for resistance training and weight training routines. It utilizes the brand’s unique Cable Motion technology that enhances versatility. With it, you can perform a wide range of exercise variations to train all the skeletal muscle groups of your body.
Each pulley comes with 20 different height positions so that you can adjust the machine according to your training needs. Additionally, there are two weight stacks on either side, each with a capacity of 160 lbs. And it includes a stand for water bottles and towels too.
However, the base model of the home gym does not include a bench, which needs to be purchased separately. This can be a bit troublesome for some users, especially considering the already high price tag of this particular option.
Build Quality – Heavy, But Hassle-Free
The build quality of the G7 home gym is just what you would expect from such a renowned brand. Its frame is made from heavy-duty steel to prevent damage and withstand heavy workout loads.
However, I noticed that it is a bit bulkier than similar models of home gyms offered by other brands. Of course, that isn’t exactly a drawback since it highlights the sturdiness of the frame. Because of that, you don’t have to worry about any unnecessary wobbling or swaying when working out with this machine.
Similarly, I found the pulleys to be quite smooth and hassle-free to operate. Each pulley has a cable ratio of 2:1, meaning that if you use the full-weight stack of 160 lbs, the effective lifting weight will be 80 lbs. This is highly advantageous for beginners, but if you are an advanced user looking for a more intensive workout option, you might find this inadequate.
Accessories – Multiple Options Included
There are a number of accessories that you can use with this home gym, which improves its overall utility. You get a pair of medium-length, ergonomic strap handles, along with thigh straps and foot straps, all of which improve user convenience and flexibility.
Apart from that, you get a straight bar that can be used for additional exercises like tricep extensions or bicep curls. There is also a fitness ball included with the package for core training.
Warranty – Lifetime For The Core Machine, Limited For Peripherals
The warranty that Life Fitness provides on the G7 Home gym is worth noting. All the different core components used in the machine come with a lifetime warranty. This includes the frame, welds, parts, and pulleys. So, if you encounter any defects or issues with these components, you can easily opt for a replacement.
On the other hand, the peripheral and wearable components come with a limited warranty of three years. This includes the upholstery, cables, and pads used that have been used in the home gym.

For this review, I have selected yet another all-in-one home gym by Marcy, which is the MWM-5115. It is a highly convenient home gym that comes at an attractive price point. As such, it is an excellent choice for beginners looking to build their own home gym instead of getting a gym membership.
Build Quality – Durable With Ergonomic Upholstery
The most notable feature of this Marcy home gym is its build quality. It has been constructed using premium-quality steel tubing, which grants exceptional strength to the machine. What’s more, the frame has been reinforced with metallic guard rods for stability. These guard rods hold the frame firmly in place so that it doesn’t wobble while you are exercising on it.
Furthermore, the 14-gauge steel tubing has been powder coated to prevent corrosion. Likewise, the high and low pulleys feature aircraft cables with high tensile strength. And the weight stacks are vinyl coated to prevent scratches and wear.
Apart from that, the ergonomic seat has been made from high-density upholstery that is both durable and comfortable.
Design – Versatile, With A Good Weight Stack
For such a compact home gym, the Marcy MWM-5115 is quite versatile. Sure, you might not get the same degree of versatility as an advanced-level home gym, but it is enough to give your whole body a proper workout.
First off, you have the weight stack, which allows you to perform free weight exercises with ease. In order to prevent any misuse and tampering, the weight stack is protected by a safety lock. The vertical weight stack is accompanied by the pulldown station that contains a multi-grip lat bar. There is a removable preacher curler pad included with the home gym, which helps to improve workout flexibility further.
You also get dual-action press arms that enable you to perform other upper-body exercises just by removing or inserting a pin. On that note, the home gym includes an ergonomic leg developer too, which allows you to work out your lower body.
However, it does not come with any chin-up station or adjustable bench, which means that you won’t be able to do the exercises associated with these components.
Exercises – Good For Training The Upper Body And Leg Muscles
As I have mentioned before, the Marcy MWM-5115 is a pretty versatile piece of equipment for your home gym that allows you to perform whole-body exercises. In that context, there is an exercise chart attached to the frame, which can help you get started.
With the lat pulldown bar, you can perform exercises to work out your biceps, triceps, back, and abs. Similarly, the high and low pulleys allow you to tone the muscle groups of your upper and lower body.
The dual-action press arms can be used for chest presses and vertical butterfly exercises. With them, you can tone and develop the pectoral muscles, as well as your biceps and triceps. And with the leg developer, you can perform exercises like leg curls and leg extensions, which tone and develop the quads and calves of your leg.
Assembly – Straightforward, But Comes In Different Boxes
I found the assembly of this home gym to be relatively straightforward, thanks to the detailed user manual. It comes with comprehensive, easy-to-follow instructions that will help you to get the machine ready for use in no time.
However, you should know that the home gym ships in three separate boxes, and these boxes are not delivered at the same time. This can be a bit annoying for some users since the machine cannot be used until you have all the components.

What we like
- Affordably priced
- Compact design footprint
- Highly adjustable and versatile
- Easy to assemble
What we don’t like
- Comparatively low weight capacity
Here, I have reviewed the PM-5108 Pro Deluxe All-In-One Home Gym, which is another great option manufactured and sold by Marcy. This option is popular for its excellent power cage system, but it has other workout stations as well. It is an affordable home gym machine that is primarily targeted toward beginners and intermediate users. And for a simplistic, entry-level home gym, it offers a decent degree of versatility.
Performance – Flexible And Convenient
The PM-5108 has been designed to offer a good level of workout flexibility with minimal complications. It has a relatively small footprint which allows you to set it up in a small space conveniently. But do not be fooled by its size, for its different workout stations allow you to perform a wide variety of exercises.
This home gym includes an adjustable bench, a high pulley lat tower, a low pulley station, and leg developers. On that note, the power cage can be used as a squat rack, which improves the overall versatility of this model.
With the lat pulley tower, you can perform exercises like lat pulldowns which help to train your biceps, triceps, and back muscles. Similarly, the low pulley station allows you to perform exercises like bicep curls and cable rows.
The utility bench comes with a high degree of adjustability, allowing you to conveniently incline, decline, or flatten the angle according to your needs. As such, you can perform a number of chest exercises, like bench presses and powerlifting, to develop the corresponding muscle groups. You can even remove the bench if you do not wish to perform these exercises.
There is a guided weight trolley along with safety catches on the cage frame that prevents any accidents or injuries and improves user convenience. Speaking of convenience, I noticed that there are contoured foam rollers near the leg developers that increase user comfort. Not only that, but they also enable you to perform lower-body exercises like leg curls.
Build Quality – Good Durability For A Starter Gym
The PM-5108 is made from heavy-duty, 14-gauge square steel tubing. Because of that, the frame is highly resistant to most types of physical damage, such as scratches and impacts. Subsequently, the outer surface has been powder coated to reduce corrosion damage and improve the visual appeal of the machine.
It can withstand a maximum of 300 lbs of weight, which implies that it has a decent weight capacity for a starter home gym. However, that weight capacity is only applicable for the bar catch because the sliding bar posts and leg developer can only withstand 100 lbs of weight. It is a bit on the lower side, but considering that this is an entry-level home gym, that is understandable.
Assembly – Simple But Time-Consuming
Since it has a relatively simple design, it is not that difficult to assemble. But you need to invest a lot of time into the assembly process, as there are several parts and components that you need to take care of.
To be honest, a beginner may find it a bit overwhelming, but thanks to the detailed instruction manual, you can manage the process quite easily. And if you get another person to help you out, you can speed up the assembly process considerably.
Dimensions: 50.75” x 42.25” x 83.75” (assembled), 79.5” x 21.5” x 9.5” (packaged) | Packaged weight: 71.67 kg | Material: Steel | Weight rating: 300 lbs | Color: Black and silver

Body-Solid is a brand that is globally renowned for its high-quality home and commercial fitness equipment. The brand’s home fitness products have become particularly popular in recent years, thanks to an increasing number of people opting for home gym setups. That’s why I included the Powerline P2LPX Home Gym Equipment on my list. It is a part of the brand’s Powerline range and offers good versatility to users.
Design – Great For A Wide Range Of Workouts
Despite being a relatively basic model in the Powerline range, the P2LPX comes with six different workout stations to give you a full-body workout. These stations include the multi-press arms, lat pulldown bars, ab crunch machine, functional pulleys, seated rows, and leg extensions.
The weight stack comes with a standard weight capacity of 160 lbs. But it can be upgraded up to 210 lbs, which means that it offers good weight training opportunities to users. However, the extra weights need to be purchased separately.
Likewise, the cable pulleys have been engineered to provide a wide range of motion while exercising. Speaking of that, I noticed that the home gym comes with high, mid, and low pulley systems, which offer exceptional flexibility for your workout regimens.
Its leg extensions and the leg press offer exceptional lower-body workout opportunities. The leg press machine, in particular, provides maximum comfort while training. This is possible due to the flexible and extra-wide press plates that effectively eliminate ankle stress.
The overall footprint is compact, which means that you can set it up in any small area of your home. Aside from that, the seat is highly adjustable and comes with flexible back pads that can accommodate any user, regardless of height or weight. On the flip side, the assembly process is a bit complicated, and that can be a major headache for some users.
Build Quality – Lightweight And Durable
I noticed that the Powerline P2LPX has a frame made from aluminum which is both lightweight and durable. This distinguishes it from other home gym machines that typically use steel or iron for the frame.
Similarly, the weights used in the weight stack are made from durable alloys, which prevents them from wear and corrosion. Once fully assembled, the whole unit weighs around 483 lbs. Y, it is a bit on the heavier side, but its mass offers exceptional stability to the machine while exercising.
Moreover, the leg press plates are made from natural rubber that is easy to maintain and scratch-proof.
Warranty – Standard, But With Exceptional Service
When looking into this product, I noticed that it comes with a 10-year warranty on the frame. Subsequently, the other parts of this home gym have a warranty of one year. It is a pretty standard warranty coverage period for an all-in-one home gym. However, when you purchase this option, you get the Powerline in-home warranty service, which sets it apart from many other brands.
So, if you encounter any issues or defects with the product during this warranty period, you can simply call the company to inform them about the same. The service executives will come to your home, perform the necessary inspections and either repair or replace the defective components free of charge. Therefore, it is highly convenient for the customer since it saves a lot of time, effort, and money.

With an experience of over 12 years in the fitness domain, Major Lutie has carved a niche for itself. Today, it is the preferred brand for many hardcore fitness enthusiasts. In this regard, the SML09 Smith Machine Home Gym Package is one of its most popular products, and for good reasons. It is a high-quality, multifunctional workout solution that comes with several additional attachments.
Performance – Highly Versatile
As you can guess from the name, the SML09 comes with a versatile smith machine that should take care of all your weight training needs. It comes with an Olympic weight bar attached to the smith track that can be used for different exercises, such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and many more.
Apart from that, you get a power tower, a squat rack, and a pulley system with this all-in-one gym. I found these workout stations to be just as effective as the smith machine, which gives you a lot of exercise choices.
For instance, the dual pulleys are fully adjustable and allow cable crossovers. The weight plate brackets attached to these pulleys can accommodate both Olympic weights and standard weight plates. Thanks to that, you can perform different types of strength and resistance training routines.
Another component included with this option is a multi-grip pull-up bar. It allows you to do a variety of upper-body exercises, such as pull-ups, hanging leg raises, and chin-ups, to name a few. On that note, you can make the necessary height level adjustments to best suit your training needs.
Attachments – Multiple Options Included
As I have mentioned before, the SML09 comes with a number of attachments, all of which improve the versatility of this all-in-one home gym. These attachments include a lat pulldown bar, an adjustable dip bar, a dedicated landmine attachment along with T-bars, a safety arm, J-hooks, and D-shaped handles.
With the lat pulldown bar, you can perform pulldown exercises to develop your arm muscles, shoulders, and pectoral muscles. Subsequently, the adjustable dip bars allow you to perform bodyweight exercises to develop the muscles of your arms, back, shoulders, and chest.
There is also a dedicated land mine for core training exercises. If you couple it with the T-bar attachments, you can perform exercises like landmine presses, landmine squats, landmine deadlifts, and others.
Finally, you have the safety bars, D-shaped handles, and J-hooks, all of which improve the safety and range of workout movements.
Build Quality – Durable, With Exceptional Weight Capacity
Major Lutie has made no compromises with the build quality of this all-in-one gym. The square frame is made from heavy-duty, 50 x 70 mm steel tubing. Furthermore, I noticed that this tubing is around 2 mm thick, which provides exceptional durability and stability. In fact, the build quality of the frame is easily comparable to that of commercial gyms.
The cables used in the pulley system have a high tensile strength, which means that they can be used for intensive weight training sessions. Likewise, the maximum body weight that it can withstand is 400 lbs. Similarly, the overall maximum weight capacity of this home gym is a staggering 1,800 lbs, which is possibly the highest on this list.
But be advised – once it is fully assembled, the machine weighs quite a lot and occupies considerable space, which is to be expected considering its features. Needless to say, the assembly process can be fairly complicated and time-consuming, especially for beginners.
Assembled Dimensions: 72.1” x 64.8” x 83.7” | Assembled weight: 423 lbs | Material: Steel | Weight rating: 1,800 lbs

Gymax is a brand that is known for its wide range of indoor and outdoor equipment. These include snow removal products, kids’ products, outdoor lounging chairs, fitness products, and many more. Among the different fitness products offered by the brand, the Multifunctional Strength Training Home Gym Machine is particularly popular thanks to its high quality and versatility.
Design – Ergonomic And Compact
This particular home gym machine has a highly compact size and can easily fit inside a small room or an apartment. But despite its small size, this exercise machine comes with a wide range of workout options, making it a worthwhile purchase for your home gym setup.
First off, there is the high and low pulley system, which allows you to perform different upper and lower body exercises. I noticed that the machine includes a total of 12 pulleys, which is pretty impressive for a compact strength training machine. All of these pulleys work in tandem to offer smooth and seamless movements.
Apart from that, you get a dual-function press arm that helps to improve the muscles of your upper body. There is also a leg developer included with the machine, which is highly ergonomic and allows you to perform leg exercises.
The weight stack has a maximum capacity of 100 lbs, which is quite low compared to other similar home gym machines available today. But if you consider yourself to be a beginner, this weight will suit you just fine.
Build Quality – Durable And Stable
In terms of build quality, Gymax has built this multifunctional home gym to last. The frame is made from heavy-duty alloy steel tubing that makes the machine incredibly sturdy. It also contains polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) components which improve durability and prevent any corrosion damage.
For enhanced stability, the foot pads are made from anti-slip materials. This ensures that the machine does not sway or wobble while you are working out. Likewise, the handles and swing arms are foam wrapped to improve user comfort while exercising.
The same goes for foam rollers of the leg developer as well, which are coated in thick foam. Besides, I observed that the seat has similar thick cushioning which makes it comfortable for the user.
Exercises – Offer Good Versatility
As I have mentioned once before, this particular home gym machine offers great versatility despite being small-sized. You can either exercise your whole body or focus on a specific muscle group if you wish.
For instance, the dual arms can be seamlessly swapped between two different training modes of press arms and butterfly arms. Both of these allow you to perform chest presses and independent fly exercises to develop the muscles of your arms, shoulders, and back. You can also use the pulldown bar to exercise your biceps, traps, and pectorals.
Furthermore, with the curl pads, you can perform different weight training exercises with a dumbbell, barbell, or kettlebell. However, be advised that these weights are not included with the machine and need to be purchased separately.
The leg developer allows you to exercise your calves, quads, and thigh muscles, thereby giving you a full leg workout. In fact, you can use the low pulleys to perform leg extensions and low-row exercises that are great for developing the muscles of your lower body and abdomen.
Assembled Dimensions: 50” x 39” x 82” | Weight stack capacity: 100 lbs | Material: Alloy steel, polyvinyl chloride, foam | Color: Black and red
All-In-One Home Gym Buying Guide
I know from experience that it is not an easy task to purchase an all-in-one home gym machine. So, if you are still scratching your head in confusion after going through the list, I can completely understand your predicament.
But no need to worry, for here I have prepared a buyer’s guide that will help you decide better. It contains some of the most important points to keep in mind when looking for an all-in-one gym.
Read on to know what these are!
All-in-one home gyms include different workout options to cover the fitness needs of your whole body.
However, if you have gone through my list above, you might have noticed that not all home gyms are of the same type. While they give you different workout options, the primary area of focus is determined by the type. So, if you want to refine your exercise schedules to meet certain needs, you will need to pay attention to this aspect.
In that context, there are different types of all-in-one gyms available today. These include weight stack home gyms, functional trainers, smith machines, free weights, lever gyms, power rod home gyms, incline bodyweight machines, suspension trainers, and smart home gyms. I have briefly discussed each type below.
1. Weight Stack Home Gym
Weight stack home gyms consist of a stack of weights connected to cables and pulleys. It is possibly the simplest and most common type of all-in-one gym and is a great option for resistance training. There are two types of weight-stack home gyms available – single-stack and multi-stack. The former consists of a single stack of weights, while the latter consists of two or more weight stacks.
2. Functional Trainer
Also known as a cable machine, the functional trainer is very similar to a weight stack gym since it features weights connected to cables and pulleys. However, it offers a lot more freedom of movement and flexibility for your resistance training routines.
3. Smith Machines
A smith machine is an ideal option for weight training and bodybuilding. It consists of a barbell whose weight can be adjusted by attaching weight plates. But the barbell is fixed to a steel rail that allows only vertical movements.
4. Free Weights
The free-weight gyms are an alternative to smith machines that contain freely movable weights like adjustable dumbbells and kettlebells. These are often used in tandem with squat racks and power racks that allow weight training, thereby enabling you to exercise your upper and lower body muscles. That said, using free weights is not as safe as using the fixed weights of a smith machine.
5. Lever Gyms
In a lever gym, the weights are attached to a lever arm, which makes it a safer alternative to free weights. However, the range of motion is comparatively limited due to this aspect. Also, you will need to adjust the weights manually since there are typically no weight stacks involved.
6. Power Rod Home Gym
A power rod home gym is a low-impact resistance training alternative to weight stack machines. Instead of weights, the resistance comes from the tension in the rod, which makes it similar to a resistance band. It is a lot safer than conventional cable machines and weight stacks, making it the perfect choice for beginners.
7. Incline Bodyweight Machine
An incline bodyweight machine uses the user’s body weight as resistance instead of weight stacks or rods. You can adjust the angle at which your body is inclined but be advised that the higher the angle, the more difficult the exercises become.
8. Suspension Trainer
This is another type of all-in-one gym that uses your body’s weight as resistance. It uses a variety of straps, cords, and cables to suspend your body, and your primary goal is to overcome your own weight. Thus, it is an excellent method of bodyweight training that builds up your balance and stability as well.
9. Smart Home Gym
A smart home gym comes with a tablet computer and other smart sensors. It learns from your workout routines and suggests exercise regimens that fit your body best. Therefore, it eliminates the need for a personal trainer, which makes it highly convenient. However, many smart gym brands follow a subscription-based business model similar to regular gyms, which can be counter-productive.
B. Build Quality
The build quality is the most important aspect of an all-in-one home gym besides its type. It determines how sturdy and stable the home gym is, which plays a crucial role in its overall usefulness.
A home gym that has poor build quality will become damaged easily, which can be a major inconvenience. Moreover, it will be prone to wobbling and swaying while in use, which will give rise to safety risks.
The most important factor in build quality is the materials used. Generally, materials like steel, iron, aluminum, or other similar metals are the most durable. So, if your all-in-one gym is made from them, you can rest assured about its build quality.
Another important factor in build quality is the sturdiness of the design. If your home gym machine has a thick frame or a wide base, it will be more stable while exercising, which ultimately improves its build quality.
C. Weight Capacity
Aside from the type and build quality, you need to consider the weight capacity of the all-in-one gym as well. This metric should be determined based on your body weight and the level of training you wish to undertake.
For instance, if you have a high body weight, you need an option that has a good weight rating. If you don’t, the machine will feel unstable during use, which won’t be very safe for you. Conversely, if you are a beginner or want to perform low-intensity workouts, you can use a home gym that has a lower weight capacity.
Size is an important factor to consider when buying an all-in-one home gym. That’s because such a machine is supposed to give you a complete workout solution in a single, small package. So, in a way, a large home gym defeats the entire purpose of the machine.
This is especially true if you have limited space to spare. For instance, if you live in a small apartment, you need to get an option that has a low height and a minimal floor footprint. If you don’t, it will eat up your living space, making it inconvenient for you.
I’ll be honest with you – all-in-one home gyms are an expensive investment. That is why you need to consider the costs, or else you might go broke after purchasing it.
As a rule of thumb, you should always stay within your budget. Having said that, you should not go for a dirt-cheap option either. That’s because unbelievably low prices are often an indicator of poor quality.
Top All-In-One Home Gym Verdict
Personally, I think getting an all-in-one gym at home is far better than paying monthly gym membership fees.
It gets even better if you combine this exercise equipment with other types of workouts, such as yoga, aerobic exercise, or calisthenics. But be sure to soundproof your gym, or else your neighbors will be able to hear your workout routines!
Before I wrap up, I’d like to mention my favorites from the list. The Force USA G3 is the perfect all-in-one trainer for beginners, and it comes with effective workout options for your whole body, which makes it my top pick overall.
If you are looking for a full-rack multi-gym, though, you can go with the Force USA X20 Pro. It is a complete fitness solution that is targeted toward more advanced users. Subsequently, if you want a good power rod trainer, you can opt for the Bowflex Xceed Home Gym.
