The location for this big modern mansion was the obvious choice: on the rocks, next to the blue waves of the ocean, overlooking the incredible view. Based on the chosen site, the house is, of course, a fine example of glass, steel and other high end materials that scream modern and contemporary.The decadence of the creative interior decorations and unusual choices of furniture and art pieces transform the Clifton View Mansion into a surreal creation, a model between all the other Cape Town beach mansions.The architects have chosen an open floor plan in order to better connect the interior design with the exterior landscape. This connection is further strengthen by the choice of placing an infinity pool an the front deck terrace and therefore, bring the infinite ocean inside.
