All you need to know about this home is that it has been envisioned by Guz Architects. This phrase alone defines the dream home in an unspeakable manner. Now you know that we are showcasing a spectacular dream home nestled in vegetation, luxury and natural materials.
It`s entitled The Tangga House and it has been materialized in Singapore in 2009 on a 7,663 square foot blueprint in Holland Village, the elite district of Singapore. The luxury single family dream home embraces the extraordinary landscape design created and maintains an equilibrium between harmony – comfort and an exemplary relation between exterior- interior spaces.
Guz Architects are further relating:
“The house is a contemporary interpretation of a traditional courtyard house, laid out around a central green courtyard with a double height stair and entry area forming the focal point of the project.
The L-shaped plan creates open spaces which encourage natural ventilation and offer resident’s views over the courtyard to the veranda, roof gardens and beyond. Lushly planted roof gardens surround the house and add to the effect that nature is evident in every part of the house.
The large roof above the courtyard creates an indoor and outdoor space leading to the gardens and swimming pool which wraps around two sides of the house.
Maryland Drive is a modest and luxurious residential design which gives residents opportunities to live in harmony and comfortably with nature.”
What do you think about this dream home embedded in vegetation? Is there anything that you would like to change?
