The dream home present here today is different from other modern mansions because it`s simple, small and pure. It does have a cliff view,a infinity pool and amazing backyard landscaping, it is dressed in contemporary style and it has high end luxurious features like most dream houses yet somehow it is different. Envisioned by  Spanish studio Josep Camps and Olga Felip the modern mansion is located in special residential area in La Selva, PGA Catalunya Resort.

With one storey only, simple shape, minimal design and an open floor plan the dream house can only surprise the viewer with its design. In this small high end luxurious package certain custom features are worth mentioning : floors with Camarú wood trough the house or motorized black out blinds in all the rooms in order to emphasize the feeling of intimacy on the top of the cliff.
