As a follow up to an existing article Willow Tree Saplings Cathedral by Patrick Dougherty, we are writing this to show you how far the imagination of this great artist can go.
Patrick Dougherty is a very prolific artist. In the past 30 years he created over 230 works spread worldwide. He uses nature as a medium, and trough this , he allows every piece he creates to coexist with the environment completely, without compromise, without any harm done , and without the arrogance of imposing anything. To me , this is a metaphor for sustainable living, for `live and let live`. The artist actually built his own house that he still lives in from materials he found on the land he bought in North Carolina at 28 years of age.
