Envisioned by CHK Arquitectura the MZ House is a cliff view modern mansion located in the green heaven, surrounded by vegetation in its privileged site overlooking the Valle de Bravo Lake in Mexico.
The home is guarded by thick forests, being decorated in dark tones to not harm the surrounding whilst keeping a very subtle rustic traditional style, using materials that seem to be found in the proximity of the site, all materialized in an extraordinary elegant modern mansion. Concrete and stone walls are the dominant presences used along with glass panels, steel or wooden beams materials meant to evoke different feelings and to influence perception.
The dream house has different terraces and patios on several levels offering expansive views from different perspective points, one such patio having a swimming pool nearby. This swimming pool manipulates the space massively, making everything look like a oasis of luxury embedded in vegetation and style, having everything that one would desire and a lake on top.
In the interior design the attention is oriented towards the diffuse lighting and the warmth required to make such a big space to feel at home. As a result, we barely see cold colors, the living room has an amazing fireplace and warm colors which along with the wood textures and colors are contributing to the perfect scenario.
