Today we have received this amazing project on a modern mansion to review and publish and we are quite impressed by it and we would like to hear your opinion.Further on we present you what the designer sent us followed by a short personal review:
“The project of this villa, situated in the suggestive location of Como Lake (Italy), consisted of the internal and external renovation of the lot and its interior design. The construction was really degraded, completely abandoned.
The concept design was developed thinking of a contemporary style and seeking for alternatives to guarantee that the project is developed according to client’s requests and objectives of a villa with an opulent atmosphere, comfort and tranquility. The aim of this concept design is the harmonization between residence and nature. The key element of the project has been to develop a continuity between the formal structure and its framework, privileging light colors and natural materials in harmony with the surrounding green areas, for a pleasant, cozy and elegant global scene.”
The designer managed to describe the design process and attitude overall and the pictures bellow highlight the scenes so much better then we will ever do in words, so, for this particular house, we would just like to point out some high end touches that blend in wonderfully like the texture and finish of the chairs, the lightning which is different depending on the room and the overall minimalist design accentuated by small accents and touches. You will have to discover the other small goodies in the villa yourself.
