Entitled The Izabelin House and envisioned by REFORM Architects the volume that follows is a stunning two story mirror house concept constituted out of two blocks configured horizontally. The two blocks have an open dialogue in which the lower block supports the stark white block on top through special panels, a finish that reflects just like a mirror the lush vegetation in which the home was immersed. The white home appears to float as a result, floating in a forest that offers splendid views to the inhabitant.
In the lower segment a sheltered terrace has been forged, carefully finished with dark brown hues surged from the wood tones surrounding it, not interfering with the transparent role of the volume.
The images above appear surreal and they stand as proof for quality design in architecture. The home interferes with the environment as little as possible considering the volume. The inhabitants do live the ultimate refuge experience within, in the heart of the home, everything that one would require being provided. What do you think? We would love to hear from you in the comment section below.
